I’m looking at a couple of property debt funds as potential investment. Manadates are generally senior or mezz loans to developers. Returns are high single digits. Obvious risk is the turn of cycle and exit pathway. Wondering if anyone has gone in such finds like maxcap, wingate and any feedback/ experiences? Thanks.
