Im in the process of buying my first property. Im finding it very hard to find any information regarding capital growth etc from the past. Just so I can see how the cycles have changed in the past.

Ive tried googling the suburb, but the suburb always seems to come up with N/A which isnt very helpful.

Not sure where else to look.

    Thanks

Yeah I had the same trouble and was looking for exactly this and for the same reason. Never found it.
I wonder if corelogic or pricefinder have it.

I was looking for data going back 20+ years for (by suburb)
    • avg rent
    • avg yield
    • avg price
    • vacancy rates
    • no. listings
    • days to sell
