property contract solicitor / lawyer

    Could someone recommend me to a property contract solicitor or lawyer ?

    Haven't started in development but wanted to get all the important contacts prior.

    Iam expecting the solicitor to look through the builder / HIA contract and check for deficiencies and any amendments needed to be made.

    I recently used Richard from Thexton Lawyers for a building contract review, very knowledgeable.

    Richard reviewed the contract prior and then discussed it for an hour on the telephone.

    Only charged me a single hour fee, compared to other lawyers I spoke to which wanted 3 to 4 hours minimum.

    I am in Perth, Richard is in Eastern States
