    In the NT News today is an article gushing that these guys are bussing people in to scoop up Darwin high rise bargains.

    Spruiker alarm is going off.....

    The article talks about yield but I've yet to see a high rise with a real body corp under 8kpa!

    Of all the property to buy in Darwin high rise is at the bottom of the list...unless of course you're a developer and you need to offload....sigh...
