    Hi all,

thought I would throw a question out there. Has anyone used Property Club's tools or real estate to invest?

I have done abit of research around it, but wasn't so sure. They look pretty fantastic on the surface... BUT..

What is PC thoughts around them as a whole? Good, Bad, or take what you can get?

    Cheers,

    Matt

They have a rather swanky looking, main road frontage, building in a large technology park near us with prominent signage.

Read up a bit on them years ago, so things may have changed. They had a "never sell" strategy, so if your investment is rapidly losing value that is ok, so long as you don't sell. If you sell and make a loss, that is YOUR fault because they advised you not to sell.

They always highlighted their "success" stories (as do all spruikers). A bit like Kate Molney was paraded in front of investment seminars as a hugely successful investor before being caught out when Moranbah suddenly went pear-shaped.
