    Sounds like PC :)

    Haven't had a chance to build out that part of the site yet.

    It would be ideal for user contributed articles or reference material. A spreadsheet repository is one suggested use (and what I'm using it for on InvestChat). I've got a few other thoughts - will need to spend some time tweaking things and then letting people know about how to get the most out of it.

    The key thing is that users contributing to the Resource section will be able to make edits to their posts, so it can be a better place for certain types of content than regular forum posts.

    Will try and spend some time with that part of the site in a few weeks once my current projects are completed.

    Kind of.

    The problem is that we're in the process of moving to a new chat platform (based on Slack) which isn't yet integrated into the site - so the current chatroom is largely abandoned and not visited much. The only people who hang out there are those who still run IRC clients and haven't bothered to remove the PropertyChat chatroom from their client.

    So more to come there - again, once I've got the current projects completed, I'll spend some time getting the new chatroom integrated.
