    Haha yes, the name actually came about from a little poll on this forum, that seemed most popular and generally people seem to like it :)

    Mandurah, yes that's one of them but really it's the least troublesome of the problem ones because my PM is worth her weight in gold. So it's going to court but it's not one I'm losing much sleep over. It's one of my Tassie properties that's an ongoing issue and a Rocky one... starting to think I should just sell that and move on.
