    No i didn't. I couldn't get the finance plus my IO fixed terms on my IPs will expire in November on multiple properties so i am waiting until i see whether i can refinance to IO again or whether they ask me to go P and I on everything.

    Hi, no didn’t use as I spoke to Jo Chivers (owner of Property Bloom) for a few minutes and she said she was struggling to find good and cheap sites to develop on. Seemed nice over the phone and knowledgeable though
