    Hi Peeps,

    I am not looking for any self promotion or recommendations.

    I am wondering if anyone on here owns property in Hills shire NSW and their experience with local property managers. In particular in dealing with troubling tenants that will need to be managed to leave the property.

    So basically I am asking if you own property there, if you use a local manager (be it an agent or property manager), have you been in tricky situations with tenants and whats your experience in terms of the manager handling it.
