    1. Sounds like you are after tax advice so only either a lawyer or a tax agent could help.

    2. Sounds like you are after tax advice so only either a lawyer or a tax agent could help. Contributing to super would be financial advice so only a financial planner could advise on this aspect.

    3. Lawyer

    4. A financial planner probably – but this is not financial advice so a hair dresser could potentially advise you on this.

LICs are a financial product so only a financial planner could advise.

Hi @Terry_w -thanks for your hasty comments.

So broker is not required at all ?.

What will be the main difference in tax agent and an accountant? (Can an accountant be a tax agent ir vice versa?)

Any recommendations for lawyer, tax agent and financial planner?

What does this mean? If you go to a planner with that I dont see how they can give you useful advice.

You might need a broker if you are going to borrow.

An accountant can only give tax advice if they are a registered tax agent. Not all accountants are tax agents - most are probably not as they don't work in tax. And Not all tax agents are an accountant. Someone who is both an accountant and a tax agent may be good.

Sooner rather than later. If you cannot borrow there may be little point in getting legal advice.
