Any one using the above website to do initial site feasibilities and possibilities? Thoughts on its usefulness and costs! Disclaimer: I have no connection or relationship with the site or the people involved with its development and ongoing operation.
I'm not sure what the reports costs but, but having read the sample report, I don't think there is much value in using it, but I guess it depends on the user. If you're a newbie who doesn't know anything about planning schemes, it might be useful. However, I certainly wouldn't be using it for due diligence purposes (particularly the yield estimates) as it obviously makes a lot of assumptions and calculating yield for certain developments (i.e. units/townhouses) is not an easy exercise.
