    Cheers @ej89 I met with Eden brae today and feel like their product is pretty good quality but the price started climbing fairly rapidly from their advertised price. Have you used new living? Might look into them. As you said when it's a build and sell frame size doesn't really matter. Looking at single storey about 22squares looks like Eden brae would come in around $280ish.

    280k for 22sq is lower end for Eden Brae imo. Yeah i've got 3 homes going through New Living atm. Pm me if you'd like I can get you in touch directly with the general manager. Top bloke. Straight shooter
