Stage 1 - Deposit - 3.9% Building Permit Preliminaries Site Survey and Setup Stage 2 - Slab - 12% Drainage Plumbing Underground Plumbing Excavation & Site Cut Footings & Foundations Slab on Ground Stage 3 - Frame - 18.6% LG Framing Ground Floor Framing First Floor Framing Structural Steel Windows & Sliding Doors Roof Trusses Stage 4 - Lock Up - 23.1% Lower Floor Masonry Ground Floor Masonry Roof Plumbing Plumbing Rough in & Fitoff Electrical Rough in & Fitoff Mechanical & AC Rough in & Fitoff Garage Infull Slab x 2 Plaster & Insulation Stage 5 - Fixing - 32.1% Garage Door x 2 Internal Stairs Doors & Door Furniture Painting Tiling & Waterproofing Joinery, Vanities & Robes Carpentry Fixing Glazing (Mirrors, Splashback and Shower) Balustrades Kitchens & Benchtops Timber Floor Carpet Rendering Stage 6 - Completion - 10.3% Landscaping Fences & Retaining Walls Appliances Testing & Commissioning
I would have expected a lot more stages for 3 storeys. Your builder is going to be paying a lot of money to trades for Stage 3 and not seeing any money from you for ages
