    Hi guys, need some advise here. Is this detailed progress claim breakdown normal? It's for a 3 storey home that requires extension excavation in VIC.

    I would have expected a lot more stages for 3 storeys. Your builder is going to be paying a lot of money to trades for Stage 3 and not seeing any money from you for ages
