    I am looking for independent property investment adviser who can to help build solid strategy along lines of how to reach by target passive income in 10 years by investment in various types of property like residential/commercial - mix of cash-flow and CG property in my financial situation/age,

    Anywhere in sydney region. Someone who has been there and done that...
