    Thought I would bring back the Professional BS Detector.

    I got an email the other day, Cash flow Capital, now they are promoting armchair developing, call me cynical.

    So you sit in your chair while they do all the work. This will most certainly rope some suckers in... everyone wants to be a developer, but not too many want to do the hard yards.
    Don't trust anyone with your money, and don't trust anyone with the numbers, and no company can be an expert in every State around Australia, that's a big one.

    BTW, did anyone read this sad story, Armchair Developer, buyer beware

    When you get to my age you start to work in reverse; you begin with the premise that what you are being fed is BS, and work back to a possible dialogue of a varying degree of truth.

    I think it's called "cynicism" and it matures with age.

    I have yet to see a spruiker for renters - mustn't be any money in that (or they can't spread the BS thin enough).

    I think I was born cynical. I always assume that people are feeding me BS unless they prove otherwise.
