Private hospitals in Epping VIC

    Hey everyone, just wondering if this is true, 3 private hospitals in Epping VIC?

    Epping Private Hospital

    I know that 1 private hospital is already well under construction but its a few hundred meters down the road, and i have also heard that there are talks about another one closer to the public hospital.

    With Costco opening very soon, and Quest apartment hotels also nearing completion, what are people's views on Epping VIC and its potential?

    Imo Epping VIC is becoming a massive employment hub. Private hospitals in Epping are great because it allows doctors to run their private practice in Epping when they consult at The Northern Hospital. Otherwise most travel back closer to the city etc. Makes a lot of sense, for them and for patients here and its a huge catchment. Stage 2 of the Northern Hospital expansion getting underway too. Just need the roads upgrades started and finished!

    I see a lot of potential in Epping VIC, and thinking of investing again. What type of property did you buy Y-Man?

    Unit (as in "single level villa" for the interstaters) down the S Morang end. Also another unit in Lalor.
