    Looking at renovating an apartment that would need to go through the CDC process. Has anyone used a private certifier who operates in the Carlingford ( Parammatta council) area?

    In a separate question, planning on using a project home builder. I want to get an independent inspection done at each key stage, would a certifier be the right professional to use?
