    Could anyone recommend a private certifier who does the moreton bay region in Brisbane for a small reno and how much do they charge.

    We used Building Approvals and Advice. I think they're based in geebung. Would def recommend them. They were easy to deal with and were happy to spend time answering any questions we had. Couldn't tell u the exact cost but when comparing them to other quotes I remember them being at the cheaper end of the scale.
