    In SEQ it tends to mean it sold for less than anticipated

    You can call and ask. If you are active in the area often the agents will give you an honest answer as you might actually know and they need to build a relationship.

    Last two I asked about and didn’t feel it was accurate, I just said “that does not align with what I’m hearing, do you mind double checking in the system” and they then revised the price down 10 and 20k.

    ...and when selling, "contact agent" for price tends to be that the agent feels the vendors expectations are a bit too high for the market, but doesn't offend the vendor

    If they get calls about it they can judge the interest, and maybe direct buyers to other stock
