Price Check - Renovating budget

    Hi All

    Does anyone know a very rough supply and install for the below:

    -Price/sqm for retiling a single storey house with Terracotta roof tiles (excl strenghening existing structure, sarking, insulation, gutters, eaves, downpipes etc)

    -Price/sqm foretiling a single storey house with Zincaume Steel sheets (excl sarking, insulation, gutters, eaves, downpipes etc)

    -Price/metre for removing a load bearing brick wall

    -Price/metre for removing a non load bearing brick wall

    -Labour price to replace an aluminium window with a wooden window (brick wall)


    Based in Perth if that helps
