Preparing to sell

    Hi all,

    We are considering selling an IP. Unfortunately, I do not have detailed records of the original purchase date, purchase price, stamp duty or legals we paid.

    Is there a way to find these things? I was thinking of calling the original bank the loans were with and may be the SRO to get stamp duty etc. I'm also getting in touch with the solicitor we used.

    This is one of the first properties we bought and haven't kept proper records. Appreciate any help.
