    Hi all, how much should I pay to prepare a standard contract of sale to a conveyancer? It is a strata unit and I am the vendor.

    Is this contract of sale somehow bound with the selling agent which means do I need to get a new contract of sale if I change my agent?

    Is there an expiry on contract of sale? I may decide not to sell at this stage. Do I need to get a new contract of sale if I market the property later?
