    Has anyone got into any of these before?

    I was looking at some buyers agents, who help pre-form syndicates for between $110k-$500k per investor.

    Has anyone used a buyers agent like that for buying CIP in a pre-formed Syndicate??

    Has it been good enough to justify the fees and the issues that normally come with syndication?

    I don't see how those guys aren't breaching ASIC's rules regarding advertising managed investment schemes?
