Don't want to derail this thread given its about your PPOR but is your business to do with NRAS only or are you a mortgage broker too...noting the 'Loan Specialist' in your signature?

No they didnt...Ive only had them 3 or 4 years... 2 years in some cases. Or did all yours go up 250-300K in that time frame comrade? You've been investing since 1999. I suspect some of yours didnt do that in the 18 years since... but thats not really the point. I was just using the opportunity to remind you how fact is often different to the fiction you sometimes like to peddle. "NRAS is all overpriced" "NRAS doesnt get growth " etc etc etc... or countless similar posts to that effect. Just reminding you that you arent omniscient ... and as is often the case, the point appears to have eluded you. So I'll tell you what they have been doing...so that you understand the point. They have been paying down debt comrade. Paying down debt. Nothing sold. Just dividends reinvested :)

I used to sell NRAS. I now sell Dual Occ. Houses + detached granny flats that generate very similar numbers to NRAS. I am also a broker.... and lately I renovate stuff :)
