PPOR purchase, pre-auction offer or holding off?

    Yes both properties are sold by the same owner - deceased estate - and by the same agent. Opens are at the same time.

    They will auction property 1 first and whoever is the highest bidder will have the option to buy property 2 at the same price. Property 2 is in best condition.
    Will be an interesting auction that's for sure!
