    I'm very new here and to property in Australia. I have a borrowing capacity upto 1.3mil.
    Please can you suggest which is better Syd vs Melbourne.Currently living in Sydney.
    We are young family so we would be looking for good schools and amenities close by.If I can get something close to 600sqm it would be great(which I think might be difficult with this budget) 4bedder house.With my job situation,I have 2options (Melbourne n Sydney)

    Also,safety wise which is better living in sydney vs Melbourne. I have never been to Melbourne so,any inputs will be great.

    Very open ended question - I can only suggesting visiting Melb at some stage..... you might be allowed in by Christmas....maybe.... :(

    Agree with @The Y-man . You've got good and bad options in both, I'd presume. I'd use Google Maps & RealEstate.com.au to narrow it down a bit before asking any questions.
