PPOR if living in a granny flat and rent out the front house

    hi all

    My house is in investment loan. Now I move to live in the granny flat.

    just wonder Can I turn to PPOR loan if I live in a granny flat and rent out the front existing house?

    Just check with the lender if there is any time limitation on this. Some lenders have prescribed time frames before they do it e.g. CBA require you to wait for 6 months after settlement for this change to happen.
