PPOR front yard improvement if trying to sell

    Hi All
    Need some help in improving the front yard of my PPOR as attached are the photos. What can i do to my front yard landscaping which will look like they show in better home and gardens :)
    if you can post some picture with explanation that would be great so i can visualize it much better.

    I'd mow it, weed it, get rid of the dead tree in the middle (unless it isn't dead and is about to flower) edge the bit around the tree/flowers, and replace the rocks with new mulch.

    It's not too bad as it is, but depends how much you want to spend.

    thanks did the moving last evening :p, after loosing some money on the horses. yea i think the tree in the middle is dead not sure what to replace it with. also do you think a raised garden will suit my 20 year old house.

    I don't believe a raised garden will do much for resale.
    I would mow the lawn and make sure it is weed free - edge the lawn to the pavers and front path. Get rid of old dead tree and try and find a specimen tree of reasonable size to replace it.
    Make sure the pavers are free of moss/ dirt etc and you are done :)
    Get the council to replace the cracked path would be a bonus!
