    There is no minimum period though a reasonable estimate would be 3-6 months and u would have to have moved in with energy bills, bank statements, drivers license address etc. I once move into a Ppor for a couple of months and an agent visited me for some rental docs with a client which flew in from overseas. Client wanted my place and gave an offer that I didn't refuse moved out a couple months later. U have to pay back the stamp duty Ppor concession though
