PPOR equity - loan products to buy shares?

    Hi,

    I currently have a $660K PPOR loan with WBC package (1.5 discount) approx 50% LVR and am looking into borrowing some of the equity (<80%) for the purposes of investing in the sharemarket. (100-300K subject to borrowing capacity)

    I am just trying to understand which loan products/structure I can use for this investment purpose before approaching WBC? (prefer not to have to switch).

    rocked repay investment loan, either PI or IO. Consider the cash out restrictions too
