I was referring areas as a whole which change to underground power

Imagine the wicked splinters she'd get on her inner thighs when doing the slide down and brake

I don't think it will be there very long, looks like someone's run a chainsaw through it about 20 feet up!

The main time a power pole is of concern is when you want to develop a block as it impacts where you can put driveways etc. Other than that it's a just an ugly toothpick on the verge.

You need one of those magic agents that can make anything disappear & look better than what it really ever could be :)

On a serious note, if power is above ground, then there are poles on the street, not a problem, if you were to build a duplex, looks like enough space to have separate driveways, which is a plus.

yeah it is a dual occupancy block, it's on a slope has an easement corner 1.5 meters out all the way on the driveway to the backand at the back with sewer pit to the end right. 15.24 meters frontage so driveway is no issue and it's got wide enough. No issues on the easement as it's not used checked with the water authority buti don't know that power pole bothers me a bit. I Anyway i'll turn up to auction and see.
i saw a few sold for ok prices - seems like it doesn't bother some people.

Just be careful that it does not have a transformer box and the noise that is emitted from those can be a problem. Otherwise all good.

No joke I used to deliver pizza to a woman with high voltage power lines and a tower at the back. She had a beard and I'm not talking a high schoolers beard it was i've been stranded on an island for decades kind of beard. I always chalked it up to the power lines/power station.
