Exactly. 90 lots at Mt Atkinson release 1 alone. Looks like only Melbourne west/south-west and North are ongoing while rest of the Melbourne becoming soft. Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Regional towns are going down.

Three lots in Cornerstone have come back on the market, not on old prices either. Expensive, but probably going to increase given how mental the demand is in the area (Harpley/Cornerstone/Riverwalk etc).

Got an email some time ago about a new release of land (Turnham Release) in the Jubilee estate in Wyndham Vale. There's a 350sqm block for $270k, several 400sqm blocks for $290k. Titles towards the end of 2018.

There’s a new land estate having their first release on 9th. ‘Westwood’ in Plumpton being developed by Dahua and managed by Daclands. No information on prices yet.

Anyone heard any updates on new suburb mcpherson in the south east. Wife has land not too far away in Cardinia, just hoping some good infrastructure will come with it to assist the Monash carpark.. I mean freeway. Surely the one extra lane is not going to support the continual land release growth

Just came across a 287 sq mt lot deal at 250k in Wollert. I feel that is a much better proposition than moving out that far.

There aren’t many options from a Floor plan perspective for a PPOR.

Or go for a double story 4 or 5 bed with 2 living areas and ample sunlight and backyard.

Prices look a bit optimistic to me. Low spec or High spec?

Is this for the 287 sqm lot in Wollert? Is it a 12.5m frontage?
