@Abhi_Prop Clarkson has some great amenities but that would be one of the more expensive houses in the area so may still struggle with plentiful of supply.

I think it’s a good development site and location is very good. Not very liveable though. For under a million and 900sqm is fine.

I am surprised why people are buying in panic. I can see fall in prices in next coming months .

Yer a character home on a block in fifth ave that large seems quite cheap. If I had the cash I would have purchased it.

Even the real estate agent doesn't say it is a bargain let alone a steal ?? I would consider it a nice buy- no issues with that. Recent sales show that other houses had bathroom upgrades etc and sold according to that upgrade and similar prices.

Well it may be not a bargain post COVID-19 but early Jan this was a bargain
This is not a bargain but very well priced for location and land size:

For an extra $100k then the Mt Lawley property stacks up as a bargain compared to the North Perth Property IMHO

I looked at comparables recently sold In the area and thought somewhere around the $340-350k mark but could be less. Currently two registered bidders, the first bid being $250k.

I bought my house via Openn Negotiation. I bid $650k initially and after final bidding it sold for $730k so I expect it to increase closer to mid 3’s.

I'd guess $300 or maybe $310 max. Could actually go for less
