pretty much block value in today's market anyway. A few offers on that one.
Nice house, not much living space.
houses below 1m in Kensington sell quickly

Probably a stupid question, but are you saying Perth buyers strongly prefer double brick homes?

Perth is predominantly founded on sand and has double brick houses. There are older timber framed houses but these would be in the minority. Yes, it appears to be a Perth thing. Everything being equal, If for the same price I could choose a double brick or a timber framed house the choice would be obvious.

How is Kensington compared to South Perth?
For example Banksia Terrace north of Canning Highway is part of South Perth, but south of Canning Highway is part of Kensington.
Would you prefer to have a property in South Perth or Kensington?

Look at the sold price of similar products and you will see the difference. ;) Even South Perth has areas of differentiation.

Like all suburbs, the difference between being on different sides of a highway or road can significantly affect property valuation. South Perth has much higher value than Kensington. Dalkeith can have much higher value than Nedlands. Properties can be similar, but a 100m in geographical distance have $100k (or much more ) in valuation.

Whats your view on Huntindale as a location? Seems like an extension of Gosnell, without the amenities. Your example seems cheap but most houses seem a decent amount more than Gosnell. Is it comparable with Gosnell as a place to live or above it as some prices may indicate?

Give it a big miss, I owned one similar quite a few years ago. My first house actually and I could'nt wait to get rid of it. Area can be rough as is Gosnells sometimes, obviously not all bad but I havent been back since:)

Seems as if Gosnells is a better option
