Seems to be a lot more these days compared to a couple years back. Glad i didn't pull the trigger in 2014/15!

What do you guys think about this one as a PPOR? I think it's been on the market for a while, is it because it's overpriced?

 

For sure! My daughter's friend (FHB) just bought a fully reno'd house 5x2 for $440,000. 12k from the city. Nearly 700sqm. Can it really get any cheaper?

There are cheaper in Dianelle. They don't have 5 bedrooms but I suspect that house has the old living room as a bedroom etc and being a retain and build there is actually very little land that is not house so not exactly family friendly

Slightly bigger land but less bedrooms is this duplex 15 Ager Street, Dianella, WA 6059 for $390-420

 

You are both kinda close but that’s it for clues

Nah wrong location for us as PPOR but a good price I think considering land size and location as well as house condition. I don’t think I will buy such a big block in the future. Looking more at detached housing on smaller green title blocks close to the city and public transport

Hi, it was sold at the auction. sold for $1.023 million. 2 group of people bidding. I decided not to bid at this time.

Not sure if this is a bargain but what do you think? 390 Charles Street, North Perth, WA 6006

North Perth, 488m2, existing house with multiple rooms, looks like it is used as an office of some kind. R60, from $649K. It's under offer so someone must have thought it is worth it. The only negative is on a busy road but walking distance to everything.
