Emoji's are too two dimensional. You need more impact. Let's go with

    And it’s clearly not true...
everyone knows that people in state housing don’t take baths.

The new GM at the hotel my company is contracted to was speaking at a CEDA event last week and did say in regards to his recent move to Perth that he "probably overpaid for his house in Karrinyup" .......

No to mention the 4 state houses in that street alone. Even if one was to spend $20k fixing it up, the tenants that are willing to live in that street will damage the place in no time. Neighbors aren't too friendly either I suppose.

    Here's my bargain

114A Harold Street, Mount Lawley, WA 6050

I'm sure it's a very small 3 x 2 and it's probably got some design flaws but I've seen people try get close to that price for just the land recently. Admittedly they have failed to get that but you are still getting a very cheap house when you consider the value of land in the area.

I'm not endorsing it as a good buy. Just one that caught my attention and warrants a visit and due diligence.

You've inspired me to share some more of mine, since I pretty much sit on a big shortlist every day that I only investigate maybe a small fraction of eventually.

15 Plumridge Way, South Lake, WA 6164

Could be a winner for a FHB with a value add strategy.

Same caveats apply as I haven't viewed it or done full DD - just caught my attention as having potential at first glace.

Its a Department of Housing sale, so its likely they won't take a dollar below asking btw.

Building size of 89m2 and land size of 167m2? If that is close to land value then that's $3.4k/m2 - I am thinking pricey?
