    Hi there,

    I currently have a block of land which is 873m2 zoned R2 and it is 27m2 under the minimum lot size of 900m2 for dual occupancy. Is there a tolerable percentage range that Fairfield City Council would allow a potential dual occupancy subdivision to occur?
