Tbh there is a ton of free information on line, some of it having tremendous value if you know how to process it. There is more free information out there for anyone to be successful than you'd need or can process in multiple lifetimes. I believe the challenge isn't for needing more information but understanding how to process what's already out there. Hands down, the biggest challenge most people will face (often totally unaware) to achieving ongoing success is their own conflicting psychological states. Their mindsets.

I think you and I have very different definitions of the word...

 

I'm not connected to them at all. I've made it clear on this forum before what I think of this man and his work and those comments were deleted, hence my aloof comment "interesting"

This was something he posted on twitter (probably by mistake) and appears to be some sort of job ad where he spills some of his real agenda ie, getting 10,000 "members" at $10K each = $1b...

 

Yeah seems to be a response to someone who has applied for General Manager role and potentially been successful or at least considered for the job

 

Hey Josh, just wondering how you went with getting out of your contract with them. I am also one of the unlucky ones who signed up to a 12 month contract that will cost me $900 a month until the 12 months is completed.

Unfortunately yes

Currently emailing back and forth asking them to refund my full fees

They assured me, they would refund my full membership fees ($11,996.00) nearly 12K if I wanted out. This has been going for all of June and still back and forth this month.

My situation has changed and I wanted my fees refund but they keep on saying they will extend my membership for another 12 months even when I am making it very clear that I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE. This is very frustrating!

 

I am in the exact same position they suspended my account for 12 months due to serviceability but they won’t cancel the membership.

They just go back and forth with emails saying no they won’t cancel even though my financial position won’t change and won’t be able to buy property. And if this membership continues it’s just puts myself into more financial hardship.

it’ll be nice to know somebody who has successfully got out of contract before.

I am very sorry to hear that. We're both in the same boat.

I am contemplating on getting legal advice on this matter in the next couple of weeks or so.

They have failed to provide and I want out. It's as simple as that! Or at least that's how I see it.

Trying my best to be patient here and not stress about it. It's a nightmare!

 

Nothing scares businesses more than letting them know how public you will take your grievance. They are all over youtube. I suspect they wouldn't like to see honest, negative youtube reviews on them right below their marketing youtube clips. Would look terrible for them.

Let them know how public and unending things will get for them and see how fast they change their tune.
