    Hi All,

We recently signed sales contract both in our names. The property will be positive geared. I am planning the ownership as tenancy in common with 90%( Wife's low income earner 32.5% tax bracket), 10% (husband 37% tax bracket).
We are planning to set up this way due to tax purpose.
What are the cons of setting up the ownership as 90/10 ?
I have 1 property in my full name, another property (50/50 with my husband). We currently have no kids but planning 1 in next 1 to 2 years.
