    Stuff ice cream, I asked for a t’bone with the works. Always hungry when I come out of general. After much complaining about not being able to have a t’bone they gave me an extra round of sandwiches & fruit salad. I will be submitting a complaint form. If I owned direct shares Ramsey Health would be on the banned watch list.

    Seriously though I was very pleased with the hospital / staff. Although just before going under they introduced themselves. The surgeon introduced the nurse as Di (Anne):eek:. I said very worriedly I felt it was a bad omen to have a member of the team with that name.

    Be grateful neither the surgeon nor the anesthetist wasn't Dr Killer - or Dr Death.

    Small things are a blessing.

    How on earth did this thread drift so far?

    Once, we had the choice of two surgeons:- a Dr Slack or a Dr Gillespie.

    One guess which one we chose :D.

    Our obstetrician was Dr Cutter. And yes, it was a Cesarean.:)
