    Hi all

    First time post here.

I just bought my first property and it has a water tank there. It has a water leak. My dad and myself managed to drain the remaining water in the tank and put it on its side and found at least 2 leaks. However we probably damaged it further trying to move it around.

Does this look like its beyond repair?

I believe its as old as the house, around 11 years old and around 7,000 litre capacity.

The base was a rough pebble concrete, so my dad will help me grind it down to smooth it out either way.

    Thanks

the tank is polyethylene and can be poly welded

they use a heat gun , like a fancy hair dryer and some poly filler rod

    Base
remove the concrete (pebble) base and put the tank on sand

form up some side sleepers and fill with sand
