    The poll looks favourable to me. Initially planned to buy in Toowoomba. PCers here thought Logan will experience the most CG after Brisbane City region. That just made my day.

    Now that we are getting a considerable pool of voters, how do we actually measure which one will have higher growth than others at the end of 2016? Should we note down median values of 3-bedders and 4-bedders now to compare at the end of the year?

    Just a thought. ;)

    Inner ring and up to 8.5km. Homes. 600sqm and above land size. Also any dev site that stacks up in the inner to middle rings.
