What have you studied? I'm done working my way up the assess to further career blah blah blah. I've seen enough divorced bosses, alcoholics and workaholics to look elsewhere to get a pay slip

All sorts. I think I have enrolled in 9 different degrees :p but I got credits for subjects I already passed. ;) I eventually completed Commerce (Information Technology).

I am really interested in residential construction now so I should probably just do the TAFE building and construction qualification, whatever it is called. It looks really interesting.

3 kids. I don't currently homeschool but we will be away for 3 months so will do it 'diy' style I think, following the NSW curriculum (but 'organically' through travel experiences etc). Distance Ed could be an option but I don't think I'll bother.

That's what I completed 13 years ago. Never actually did it. Got straight into Development Management for land developers.

    Next 12 months for me:
Complete current 2x 2 unit developments
    Complete current 2 H&L builds
Start and complete 3 new H&L builds
    Start another unit development
Start another 2 new H&L builds once land titles
Start a new business or job (undecided preference towards another business).

Double my business, but by improving my efficiency, not double the workload
    Cut back on another area
Set up a constant trickle into equities or conglomerates thereof
    Maybe another IP
See Brisbane Boom (that's a goal right?)
