What ever you do don't download it.

I downloaded it onto my iPhone for the kids to play before I went to work. Ended up driving them around the block in search of Pokemon in peoples backyards!:eek: I am now sitting at work staring out the window trying to hunt damn Pokemon! o_O

    Damn addictive ****!

This is probably the most talked about game at work, with friends and family.
We were out and about in Sydney CBD yesterday. My daughter and I counted every 1 in every 5 person is playing Pokemon Go.
Can you imagine them taking monthly subscription fess for retail/cafe shop owner to put Pikachu at their premises?

Addicted, I love hatching eggs the most, closely followed by the novelty of the stranger-gatherings at clustered pokestops (they're real world places used in the game for bonuses). I already spent quite a bit of $$ on this game and its only been out a few days!

Apparently there has been huge meet ups at a cluster of pokestops in rhodes, over 100 people at any given point in time on Sunday night.

Yep saw that. Imagine 100 people staring at their phone (and not at the train station). It's the most bizarre thing.

I think the dudes next door are into it or they were just running into town to score drugs, I'm not sure which one is worse

My 17yo is out hunting at 9pm :)
I can easily get him to do anything this week if I mention 'would you like to come to Blah Blah - I bet there will be a water/grass/fire type Pokemon there'.

For those budding Pokemon Trainers out there using Pokemon Go - whilst the Darwin Police Station may feature as a Pokestop, please be advised that you don't actually have to step inside in order to gain the pokeballs.

It's also a good idea to look up, away from your phone and both ways before crossing the street. That Sandshrew isn't going anywhere fast.

Stay safe and catch 'em all!

Hahaha. I am 35 and just chased a Pokemon around the work car park :D:D:D:D

Someone called the police because they though someone was trying to break into their house. Ended up being people searching for Pokemon!

I brought up the topic of pokemon Go with my children this morning. They're amused by what's been going on. I told them we won't have pokemon go on our devices. (pre-emptive strike)

Thankfully you need cellular data to do it and my kids only have wifi except for 17yo. It really is a teen/adult thing

It's another thing that is "viral" hence I will boycott it as another thing to avoid that the herd does.

It's a worry if you have to run round outside - as well as inside looking at a screen to get your jollies...plenty of nature and real life to look at out there.

Rather play golf, or go for a snowboard, or a bike ride, or a real walk.

    But; good luck to them.
