Is anyone having trouble with the podcast addict app for some podcasts?

I can't speed up the property couch or skip forwards

@Steven Ryan -- you were on the Jane Slack Smith podcast, right?

@bob shovel -- yeap, used Karen from Property Zest BA services. Quite happy with the outcome and happily recommend them.

Jan Somers is on the 2nd episode - very good interview there and worth listening to.

    Thanks House.

Good to know Jane Slack Smith has a show - I love my podcasts!

Three weeks ago I stumbled across Lifetime Cashflow Through Real Estate Investing - granted it is a US property investing show (multi-family mainly) but the guests and their stories they share are really insightful. @MTR you might enjoy this one.

Anyone listen to the Business Insider podcast? Just discovered it today thanks to Pete Wargent, some great content.

Enjoyed Slack-Smiths podcast until ep 4... Hopefully 5 will bring it back up to par.

Yeah i thought ep 4 missed the mark too. Good that they tried something different but it was a long pod that dragged on a bit. Could have been done at the property but not walking through it, it got a bit messy and repeated a few things

Great! I was a but suspect of Tim Ferris (you know, semi-famous, expert at self-promotion) but he was recommended on another podcast I like: The Productivity Show.

Also forgot to mention Sky News - Your Money Your Call as an occasional call.

Does anyone listen to the osher günsberg podcast? I don't mind them. :)
Recently listened to one with chas from The Chaser on the abc. Cool insight into his work and the background of the show. They are all from different political leanings but there to stick it to anyone

But this one tonight with dr John DeMartini was very cool. I hadn't heard of him before this but I'm sure some people here have ( @Steven Ryan @monalisa @ms ali ) Second half got into it more about the mindset and touched on income and life and goals etc etc very cool. Also one story had a connection to napoleon hill seminar back in the day
    Ep 142: Dr John DeMartini

I follow Dr. John Demartini however haven't listened to his audios. Believe @Rolf Latham has attended his talks....

I listen to Jim Rohn, Earn Nightengale, Les Brown among others.

And a few other audios I religiously listen to :D...It's a fast way to absorb and learn!

Anyone done any of his courses? I have briefly looked at them in the past but never followed up any great detail. They do sound interesting.

+ For Tim Ferris (Arnold schwazaneger was good - funny to think twins was his big money maker)

Completely unrelated but good - 'The podcast history of our world' - if u like your history

    Are they good interviews?
I've only listened to one and it was average. The host only had done one development from what i understand in the blurb, and it's not complete.

I think it's more about someone's journey and sharing the lessons along the way rather than someone touting themselves as an expert. What about the guests like Dave Bradley? Would you find him worth a listen?
