    Hi there,

    Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for Rockhampton for a property manager? I have an IP in Frenchville and not impressed with my current property manager.

    I'm yet to find a really good one, but I can recommend some bad ones like Elite Real Estate.
    Mr Real Estate (my current PM) is okay, but definitely not near the level of my favourite PM in SA (sadly it's just a tad far for them to manage properties in Rockhampton!).

    Agree. A lot of the PM’s are young and just starting out in the industry. I have always gone through Pat Od real estate and they have never let me down.

    Just my personal take on this - the team at LJ Hooker Rockhampton are outstanding at managing a block of units I own. Communication and efficiency are spot on.
