PM refuses tenants number

    Just have the PM phone the tenant, explain the landlord would like to make good on the repairs and can he make contact himself !!! sorted :rolleyes:

    Or just have the handyman ring the PM or vice versa like normally happens.

    The agent is supposed to be your representative. You have given them the power to act on your behalf and to deal with the tenant instead of doing it yourself.
    Under clause 23 of your tenancy agreement –
    23. The landlord agrees that the landlord, the landlord’s agent or any person authorized in writing by the landlord, during the currency of this agreement, may only enter the residential premises in the following circumstances:
    23.6. to carry out, or assess the need for, necessary repairs, if the tenant is given at least 2 days notice each time.

    If you think it is easier to do deal with the tenant yourself and to bypass the PM why do you need a property manager? How much do you pay in management fees to these people?
