PM Recommendations - Moreton Bay area

    Hi All

    Long-time lurker since the move from SS here ....

    I have a property in Scarborough that I've been managing myself for a couple of years. My tenants have just given notice that they won't be renewing their current lease which expires in December 17. I'm looking for a reliable, experienced PM who can service the Redcliffe/Scarborough area and assist with advertising, vetting and lease preparation for new tenants.

    Who can you recommend?

    ReMAX Victory. I have my properties both in Deception Bay and Morayfield managed by them. I have referred Remax Victory to many others in my group buying around that area. I've been dealing with Miranda Jeffrey and Toni, Both are friendly and professional. Always keep me informed with everything happening with the properties. I'm in WA btw, so I do rely a lot on my PM.

    Nick is a good friend and the man I go to when I have a particularly difficult question. He works extensively with the REIQ on Property Management training and has a fantastic attitude when it comes to doing business from your side of things (he's not overly rigid).
