    I'm currently looking to lease an IP (3b townhouse) in the area. I've spoken to a few, but nothing beats a presonal recommendation.

    Anyone has anyone good that you would recommend? And why?

    hi WJW, Cindy Hartnett (0407 504 616) from Just Rentals in Oakleigh (Just Rentals Real Estate – Just Rentals) - which I think is close to Murrumbenna - has been awesome for me for a number of years. Great to deal with and very pragmatic. You cannot go wrong. Good luck.

    Hello there - I was a property manager for 25 years and worked for Thomson Murrumbeena for 4.5 years now. The property manager I recommend is Kellie Finlayson from that office- she's been there for over 9 years now.(she's efficient and takes no B/S) 95690718
