    My properties down in Adelaide are managed by @D.T. (David Traeger) and his service and knowledge is fantastic! Strong recommendation from me.

    We use @Xenia for both our Christies Beach and Christie Downs properties.The agency have their own in house maintenance section,brilliant idea.You may want to have a bit of a read through the Southern posts for who not to use,there is one prominent manager (and i use that term loosely)based on Beach Rd who will cost you lots of $$$ through mis management.

    Check out Xenia and DT who both contribute to the forum = give them a call and an email - you will quickly work out who you feel most comfortable with in relation to building and sustaining a long term business relationship and identifying a strong values alignment

    As you can see n_t_r, there are two Adelaide property managers on this forum. So, 'Team Xenia' and 'Team DT' in terms of recommendations.
    If you're going to go with one of these two, I'd second talking to both, see what they offer and who you connect most with. Having a quick read through previous posts could be useful too.
